A Compass of Life on Your Wrists: The P3/06 Yacht Club watch by SevenFriday

By admin In Editor's Pick, SevenFriday, Watches

SevenFriday, one of the most modish watch manufacturer has brought to the shore yet another masterpiece which radiates oceanic depths – the P3/06 Yacht Club.

And since the time we have had our hands on it we are cruising in a world of adventure and leisure. With its deep maritime abstractions and adaptations, the Yacht Club was launched with 450 limited edition pieces and we had a great time navigating its striking features.

The new P-Series is a pure dedication to the nautical serenity juxtaposed with just the right brevity and we already feel like a part of the aquatic sailing club. The blue and white dial colors are very eye pleasing and stands out in this exceptional piece is the blue suede leather strap which is a rarity when it comes to SevenFriday.

The animation ring inspired by the wooden deck of a ship, is carved out of seven layers of maple veneer, each separated with a layer of epoxy resin soaked black paper. The dial has some remarkable detailing with the red hour hand, white minute desk and a quirky anchor insignia on the face of the watch besides the brand logo on the polished stainless steel back.

We haven’t stopped admiring the time modifier which is tailored in the form of a compass dial. It actually seems as if you’re in a time-tower everytime you fix it. The SevenFriday Yacth Club P3/06 is powered by the Miyota 82S7 automatic caliber and a power reserve of 40 hours.

This timepiece anchors the spirit of adventure and that life’s more about the journey than the destination. Carrying the watch, lights a sense of power in you, and makes you believe that you are the captain of your life. Quirky enough the watch pack also consists of a sailing bag. So you can literally set your life to sail.

The P3/06 Yacht Club in all its ocean blue straps, red life-jacket touches, and salty punches in the dial has got us swimming in the pool of admiration and excitement.
